Bruaá
Bruaá is an independent publisher, created in 2008 by Miguel Gouveia and Cláudia Lopes, with the goal of making a difference in the offer of children's books in Portugal. Interested in building a reference catalog, they have invested in the publication of books from various eras and latitudes that have become timeless due to their quality, and whose authors and illustrators have never been published in Portugal. This is the case of the American Shel Silverstein, the Frenchman André François, and the Italian Bruno Munari.
The catalog also includes authors and illustrators who mark the present time, such as writers Davide Cali or Inês Barata Raposo, or illustrators Anouck Boisrobert, Louis Rigaud, Joana Estrela, or João Fazenda.
The publishing house is based in Figueira da Foz, Portugal.
